Ok, today is slow and I am sitting here daydreaming. I have a plan to clear out our junk room lovingly referred to as the blue room due to the ugly blue wallpaper left behind by the previous owners. It has had several uses...guest room, housemates room, sewing room...but mostly it has been a place to put junk that has no home. I want to change that. I have decided that I want to turn it into my office and for it to double as a guest room. So, I am sitting here daydreaming about how to decorate. I have always loved toile and stripes, so I think I might go in that direction. Color wise I am thinking sage and brick. I want a pretty, but comfy place to pay bills and do my exchequer stuff. First thing I need to do is clear it out completely and strip the wallpaper. I actually have some free time this weekend, so I think I might use it to get started.
